Most Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, and Medicare policies are eligible for services. Please verify and confirm your mental health benefits prior to your first visit. Fees and co-pays not covered by your insurance are due at the time of service. All patients will be billed under Dr. Stephanie Hillebrand. Private pay is accepted and due at the time of service.

Individuals with insurances not listed may be eligible to submit receipts for mental health services directly to their insurance companies for reimbursement. Please verify and confirm the specific requirements of your individual policies with your insurance company prior to your first visit.
